Léa DUHAMEL holds a PhD in private law from Université de Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne and certificates of specialisation in Social Law issued by the Paris Bar.

She taught Social Law at Université de Paris I for eight years before joining the Social Law department of Cabinet Gide.

In 2007, she joined a firm of Attorneys at the Conseil d'Etat and the Cour de Cassation in order to become familiar with the working of the Cour de Cassation on sensitive labour law cases.

Alongside this she set up her Social Law firm before taking over as the head of the social department at cabinet Cloix Mendès-Gil in 2013.

Léa DUHAMEL and her team advise companies, associations, and regional authorities on all aspects of Social Law, both on an individual and a collective level, through advice services and litigation activities.
